What is the VCS credential?

The Veteran-Centered Care Specialist (VCS) is a nursing credential focused on veteran-centered care competency. The full VCS designation requires completing the full curriculum with documented improvement. Credentials are publicly verifiable at ascendrn.net/verify.

Can I use AscendRN for ANCC CE hours?

Not at this time. AscendRN is not an accredited provider of ANCC continuing education, so activities on AscendRN do not currently award ANCC contact hours.
